Insrumentalists

Amazing how much sound can be generated from just a concertina accordion, banjo and penny whistle. The group played and sang a mixture of water-related music, including canal songs, and some songs from the Civil War to accompany a presentation that was later made by one of the C&O Canal's park rangers. Here's a sampler of the kinds of music the Washington Revels and its various smaller ensembles perform.
