Old Neighborhoods

Pardon me for dwelling on matters that are of only very local interest, but I was fascinated by the information on these two historical markers. So many of the old neighborhoods have passed under the spade, as it were, in favor of newer communities and yet the names somehow persist. Live here long enough and you will almost certainly have heard the names Barcroft and Arlington Mill mentioned even though you might not ever associate them with the old places where people actually once lived and worked. So I appreciate these reminders.
