  2. That first one looks like he's pinched his finger and the second one appears to have a terrible case of indigestion! But maybe it's just the wear and tear over the years. They are interesting for sure!

    1. These figures, I was told, actually served a functional as well as spiritual purpose. They helped divert water away from the stone wall in a way that reduced erosion.
